    Requirements:

    A minimum of 1 year experience working with two year old children

    Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children

    Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

    CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschools

    Responsibilities include:

    Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children

    Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

    Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities

    Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors

    Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and storytelling

    Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

    Collaborate with Lead teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience

    Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
