We are actively recruiting for an In Home Sales Representative to be responsible for closing in-home sales appointments. This position is for someone who is accustomed to, and or desires to create a high - six-figure income for themselves.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE

• Passion! Why do you want to work in the industry? Save people money? Save the environment? We want candidates that love solar!

• Great work ethic and excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills; must be coachable and have a positive attitude.

• At least 2 years of prior outside sales experience preferred (solar sales experience preferred).

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve personal sales goals

• Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners.

• Ability to grow and foster a referral network by being genuine and providing great customer service.

• Expertise in creating and building a referral-based business through traditional interpersonal marketing efforts including neighborhood/home level engagements, events, social interaction, and networking.
