    Job Description

    FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR VERIZON FIOS - IMMEDIATE HIRE

    U.S. Telecommunications, Inc. (USTCi) is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a sales hunter mentality to promote Verizon Fios and Verizon Wireless services to residential communities in Boston, MA.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Sell Verizon residential services (Fios TV, Internet and Phone) through a combination of door-to-door sales and on-site marketing events.
    • Flyer properties on a regular basis to drive up awareness among residents.
    • Adhere to daily/weekly communication of property plans and efforts and collaborate on creative strategies to increase property penetration.
    • Generate all necessary reports and database management for assigned properties.
    • Act in a professional and ethical manner at all times, adhering to the guidelines and restrictions as defined by Verizon.
    • Cross-sell Verizon Wireless products as appropriate.
    • Meet and exceed sales quotas.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:

    • 1-3 years door-to-door/cold calling sales experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong, high energy entrepreneurial work ethic and be a results-oriented self-starter able to balance multiple tasks effectively.
    • Great working knowledge of all Microsoft Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Outlook. CRM experience a plus.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
    • Valid Driver’s License plus reliable form of transportation to be used daily as a mobile office.
    • Ability to lift 50lbs.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience in multi-dwelling unit industry
    • Account management /consumer marketing experience, or a familiarity with telephony and broadband services is desired.
    • Bilingual: English/Spanish

    YOUR INCOME OPPORTUNITY:

    We offer base pay plus uncapped commissions - paid weekly. The more you sell, the more you make! Expected earning upwards of $45k+
