Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) Survey Technician to join our team. This role is primarily office-based, with a focus on processing and analyzing drone-captured geospatial data. The technician will use advanced software to transform raw data into precise survey products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Processing: Process and analyze aerial data using MetaShape, Terra, Global Mapper, and similar tools.
• Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and consistency of processed data.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to integrate drone data with other datasets.
• Reporting: Create reports, maps, and visualizations for internal teams and clients.
• Software Management: Keep current with UAS processing software and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Geospatial Sciences or related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years in UAS data processing.
• Proficiency in relevant software (MetaShape, Terra, Global Mapper).
• Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
