    PMA 263 SUAS Program Analyst II

    UAV Solutions Inc, Jessup, MD 20794

    • Contingent upon Contract Award, UAV Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Program Analyst to conduct programmatic research on multiple UAS platforms for Navy and Marines customer in support of logistics support, supply chain management, engineering, research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), acquisition, and strategic planning.
    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Supply chain challenges (e.g., health and number of sources of supply, technology or process changes and risk)
    • Research industry and Government data, policies, and procedures to develop recommendations for guidance and policy documents.
    • Investigation and/or exercise of sources of supply and assessment of continued supportability
    • Review manufacturer provided repair procedures and identify opportunities for more cost-effective repair procedures.
    • Utilize system information (e.g., supply, procurement, reliability, maintenance and usage data) to extract appropriate information.
    • Utilize existing management tools, such as Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) and Global Combat Support Systems- Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), or other systems as defined by the IPT.
    • Conduct research of existing data regarding SUAS requirements and interface with system users to assist in the assessment and refinement of specific technical performance requirements to address life-cycle sustainment, reliability, cost challenges, and capability gaps.
    • Attends, provides accurate inputs and advice to assist in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and In-Process Reviews (IPRs).
    • Perform data validation and implement quality control measures to ensure continued success of the program.
    • Knowledge and Skills
    • 5+ years of COLTS experience
    • 10+ years of Logistics/Data Mining experience
    • Bachelor's degree (8 years of job-related experience may be substituted for education requirement)
    • Microsoft Office Suite including Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    • Firm understanding of UAS industry
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and with a team
    • Ability to adapt to changing technology
    • Effective communication skills
    • Must have an active Secret clearance
