Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Specific qualifications for this full time, customer service role include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
** OR** 1-5 years’ experience in a front desk role
** OR** equivalent combination of education or experience
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Managing and Maintaining Budgets
- Event Coordinating/Management Experience
- Travel sales expertise or experience using online booking tools or airline reservation systems.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- General administrative experience in an office environment.
- Familiarization with invoicing and financial responsibility.
- Hands-on experience with travel booking and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask and highly organized to keep all travel arrangements and social events in order.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and ability to show initiative within role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
