    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
    • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design ideas.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.
    • Ensure designs are aligned with branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
    • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, improving user satisfaction and engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
    • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Attention to detail and a user-centered design approach.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in designing for tech or mobile app development industries.
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
    • Animation or motion graphics skills for creating engaging interactions.
