    We are looking for a UKG Kronos Analyst to join a prominent healthcare system in Indianapolis.

    The UKG Kronos Analyst leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation, and support of Kronos and enhancements. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UKG Kronos Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce operations by leveraging the power of the UKG Kronos system.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
    • Experience with UKG Kronos in a large organization is preferred.
    • UKG Dimension Cloud experience is required.
    • Experience in one of these areas: accruals, basic/advanced scheduling, time & attendance, leave/absence modules.
    • Experience in technical configuration of Kronos (i.e., integration, implementation, production support, troubleshooting, gathering business requirements, business process flows, testing, design, documentation, etc.)
    • FUT, UAT, regression testing experience preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain, and upgrade Kronos, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other related software.
    • Supports and maintains UKG Dimensions, including production issue triage/resolution, problem solving, monitoring interfaces, and ensuring delivery accuracy.
    • Identify and assess requirements, design and testing of system changes while closely interacting with business partners.
    • Interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document, and test system requirements.
    • Provide expert working knowledge of the configuration within the application and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
    • Follows defined methodology and processes to deliver application maintenance and support.
    • Creates and maintains reports with the UKG Dimensions Cloud platforms.
    • Assist with assessing upcoming UKG releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assists in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases.
    • Participate in intake and business requirements gathering and documentation.
    • Participate in the configuration and implementation of changes to satisfy approved business requirements.
    • Prioritize and complete assigned tasks while reporting progress or escalating problems to management.
    • Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of Kronos.
    • Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems.

    Salary Range: $72,000-120,000 per year
