Job Title: Close-Out Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX OR Chicago, IL

Position Summary:

• Directly supporting the Project Managers and Construction Managers by creating, maintaining, and executing document controls (digital or physical), database management and customer deliverables.
• Responsible for completion of project closeouts
• Must be able to read and interpret project related documents
• Ability to write clear and accurate status/progress reports
• Must maintain accurate project records/files

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of one year of experience with telecom closeout packages
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Able to efficiently manage multiple priorities
• General knowledge of business administration and processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must have strong communication skills
