We also have a Certified Professional Ergonomist on staff to help optimize our customers’ work environments using ergonomic principles, ergonomics being the science of designing the workplace to fit and accommodate the worker.
SUMMARY
The Returns & Warranty Team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for aiding internal and external customers in matters relating to warranty support and product returns. Due to record-breaking growth, we are in need of a highly motivated and goal-oriented Customer Service Associate to process incoming returns and provide warranty support to our customers. Successful candidates for this position will be equally comfortable working at a computer for extended periods and performing general warehouse labor. Individuals with sales and customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide world-class customer service while interacting with our customers by email and telephone to troubleshoot our products, provide installation and assembly assistance, and facilitate product returns
Receive, inspect, clean, test and re-box product
Manage customer transactions within company ERP database software
Accurately document customer communications on customer records
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding customer transactions
Process customer refunds and provide status updates via email
Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency to maintain a high level of productivity and drive customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Execute inventory transactions utilizing a computer-based warehouse management system.
Perform general warehouse duties, such as material handling, breaking down boxes, and stretch wrapping pallets in a non-climate-controlled warehouse space
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
SKILLS
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
High proficiency with personal computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite or G-Suite
Ability to type by touch with typing speed of 50+ wpm
Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Able to work independently and as a member of various teams
Strong interpersonal skills

Able to lift/maneuver 60 lbs without assistance and 120 lbs with assistance
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
2 years of experience in an office or warehouse environment
COMPENSATION
$16+/hr depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime may be required for this position.
