    Job Description

    • URI Information Services is a market research firm specializing in updating and verifying insurance information for auto and home insurance companies. * All our insurance interviews are informational only...at no time do we sell or promote products. We work on behalf of the insurance company to update and or verify information in connection with a policyholder's file. * Initial training will take place in office, which is conveniently located in Kirkwood, MO. After initial training, this will be a WORK FROM HOME position! * To work remotely from home, you must have high-speed internet access and your router must be accessible for connection. * Duties consist of placing outbound calls and answering inbound calls. The individuals that we call already have a business relationship with our client...absolutely NO SELLING is involved. * Hours of operation Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm closed on Sunday. * We are currently hiring for all shifts (4-6-hour shifts). * Our positions are very flexible with respect to hours and days you may work...we regularly work around school schedules and other job hours. * These are PART-TIME positions ranging in hours from 15 - 30 hours per week. * Paid training provided in-office (40 hours total in office), then REMOTE work from home and equipment is provided.
