    Minimum Requirements:

    • Reliable access to stable internet and a computer with a video-camera and microphone capabilities.
    • Must have an active clinical license with prescriptive authority in NY or CA; additional state licenses are a plus.
    • Interest in part-time, flexible telehealth work.

    Bonus points for:

    • Previous experience with alternative interventions (movement, art, nutrition, sleep hygiene, peer support, etc.).
    • Previous experience with drug tapering support.
    • Familiar with the hyperbolic tapering approach.
    • Experience writing prescriptions to compounding pharmacies.

    Responsibilities* (Please note this is a basic overview of your day-to-day)

    • Conduct patient intake & reoccurring assessments and provide behavioral therapy through our telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Communicate asynchronously with patients between visits as appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records, utilizing medical terminology effectively.
    • Maintain a clear line of communication as needed with the internal and clinical team.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, refine, and personalize each patient's tapering treatment plan.
    • Engage in ongoing communication with patients to monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
