    CDL Class A Team Truck Drivers

    Location: (Hiring Radius includes TX, UT, NM, CO, ID) Teams must live within 100 miles of each other

    Compensation:

    Average Weekly Gross Pay: $2,800 (per driver)
    Detention Pay: $16 per hour after 2 hours
    Short Haul Pay: $25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles
    Breakdown Pay: $75 per day
    Stop Pay: Extra stop pay $30
    Holiday Pay: $700 for 7 holidays
    Per Diem: Must opt out during orientation to decline

    Benefits:

    Average Weekly Miles: 6,000 - 7,000 miles per week (per driver)
    Average Weekly Gross Pay: $2,800 (per driver)
    Home Time: Minimum 3 weeks out, 3-4 days home; West of I-35 requires 4 weeks out
    Type of Freight: Mostly Dry Goods
    Type of Truck: Sleeper
    Trailer Type: Dry Van
    Touch Freight: 5%
    Rider/Pet Authorized: YES/YES
    Tractor Parking during Home time: Driver's home or approved location
    Additional Details: Teams must live within 100 miles of each other

    Requirements:

    • Valid CDL Class A license
    • Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
    • Clean driving record
    • Ability to meet physical demands of the job
    • Must pass DOT drug screen and physical, and meet DOT driving standards
