Location: (Hiring Radius includes TX, UT, NM, CO, ID)

Compensation:

• Average Weekly Gross Pay: $2,800 (per driver)
• Detention Pay: $16 per hour after 2 hours
• Short Haul Pay: $25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles
• Breakdown Pay: $75 per day
• Stop Pay: Extra stop pay $30
• Holiday Pay: $700 for 7 holidays
• Per Diem: Must opt out during orientation to decline

Benefits:

• Average Weekly Miles: 6,000 - 7,000 miles per week (per driver)
• Average Weekly Gross Pay: $2,800 (per driver)
• Home Time: Minimum 3 weeks out, 3-4 days home; West of I-35 requires 4 weeks out
• Type of Freight: Mostly Dry Goods
• Type of Truck: Sleeper
• Trailer Type: Dry Van
• % Touch Freight: 5%
• Rider/Pet Authorized: YES/YES
• Tractor Parking during Hometime: Driver's home or approved location
• Additional Details: Teams must live within 100 miles of each other

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
• Must pass DOT drug screen and physical, and meet DOT driving standards
