Pay Structure:

• Base Pay Per Practical Mile:
  • With Hazmat Endorsement: 0.98
  • Without Hazmat Endorsement: 0.95
• Annual Pay Raises: 0.01 per mile on your anniversary date for the first 3 years.

Expected Home Time:

• Every 18 days for 5 days.

Truck Load Type:

• Full truckload, dry van.

Hiring Bonuses:

Option 1 (with qualifying safety record):

• CSA Safety Bonus: 1,025 or 825
• On-Road Safety Bonus: 600
• Paid Time Off: Provided. * Bonus Frequency: Every 45 days for the first 90 days, then every 90 days thereafter.

Option 2:

• Initial Sign-on Bonus: 525

Additional Pay and Raises:
