Join a leader in financial services and market infrastructure, where you’ll shape the user experience of client-facing data applications as a UX Designer. This high-impact role focuses on delivering modern, responsive, and accessible design systems for enterprise platforms in the FinTech space, with a special emphasis on solutions for finance professionals, developers, and global stakeholders, including government clients. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional team to evolve data visualization and UI strategies for products used in both FinTech and government contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply user-centered design principles to create accessible, scalable, responsive interfaces.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to align UX strategies with business goals.
- Conduct user research via interviews, usage data analysis, and usability testing (in-person/remote).
- Develop user personas, journeys, and interactive prototypes.
- Perform task analysis, heuristic evaluations, and cognitive walkthroughs.
- Lead ideation sessions and present design concepts to stakeholders with clarity.
- Stay updated on UX trends and technologies in FinTech and digital product design.
- Manage multiple projects independently, adapting to shifting priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of hands-on UX design experience, with a strong preference for FinTech, government, or enterprise-level products.
- Portfolio with 2–4 case studies showcasing UX research and design (school projects acceptable).
- Deep knowledge of interaction design, usability theory, and responsive frameworks.
- Proficiency in prototyping/design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).
- Familiarity with front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
