Open Systems Technologies Corporation is looking for a UI/UX Specialist to join our team of experts to assist with building state of the art data platforms for the Department of Defense's premier data analytics platform.

Minimum qualifications:

• Clearance: Secret or Interim Secret
• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of practical experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Experience collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design and development process.
• A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experiences designing digital interfaces.
• Able to work in an agile environment supporting multiple teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in the cloud
• Knowledge of DoD space, defining metrics for UI improvements, and analytic dashboards.
• Ability to work within a highly technical environment.
• Ability to work in close collaboration with Program Managers to define and explore product opportunities.
• Outstanding conceptual and interaction design skills and a track record of designing and shipping successful platform experiences for enterprise users.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills.
