    • Receiving, reviewing, and responding to support tickets from onboarding and fully onboarded drivers
    • Reviewing documents submitted by drivers to ensure accuracy and compliance – increasing the reliability of UZURV's driver network through daily review of required driver documents
    • Assessing a variety of new driver screenings and conducting follow up for more information when necessary
    • Managing a pipeline of interested drivers and working to keep them engaged and active on the platform

We are excited about you because…

    • You have experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service position where you successfully managed questions and support tickets, etc.
    • You have a proven history of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • You have excellent communication skills
    • You have the ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, regardless of project scope
    • You have experience managing and balancing multiple priorities and projects
    • You have the ability to speak up and offer solutions using supporting data and hands on research
    • You have the ability to identify and resolve issues for drivers independently; to display initiative, ownership, and accountability while applying high-judgment decision making
    • You have a positive attitude, “can-do” mindset, and the ability to be a contributing team player
    • You are meticulous and enjoy seeing how even the smallest of details create huge impact
    • You appreciate the benefits of routine tasks, which help you become an expert in your role but also flexing into other areas to assist your team members
    • Major bonus points if you have a background in rideshare driving

To be successful at UZURV, you must be:

    • Technology-oriented - You must be well versed in G Suite applications and Apple products, with a high aptitude for learning new technologies.
    • Metrics-minded - We build great stuff, but it is not easy. You must be driven to find the numbers that help us hit goals and identify solutions, especially while under pressure.
