Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for various security functions, including patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. Your primary objective will be to prevent and address security breaches, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized activity.
Access Control: Monitor access points, verify the credentials of individuals entering the facility, and manage entry and exit procedures.
Incident Response: Respond swiftly to security breaches, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Surveillance: Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activities, detect potential security threats, and investigate disturbances.
Documentation: Accurately document and report all security-related incidents, activities, and observations to ensure thorough record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
Security Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of public safety and security protocols, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information and instructions clearly.
Surveillance Proficiency: Competence in operating surveillance equipment and interpreting footage.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond effectively to various situations.
