    Job Description

    UniTrust Financial Group is on the move and we are currently seeking to IMMEDIATELY hire full-time sales professionals to develop into Sales Managers, Regional Managers, and Executive level leadership roles.

    Our agents earn on average $500-$750 per sale and the average appointment is 90 minutes or less! Our sales professionals can earn over $150,000 per year following our training system.

    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

    • THIS IS A REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME OFFICE POSITION. YOU WILL VISIT CLIENTS IN THE FIELD.
    • Must be a self starter looking to run your own business.
    • We make this business simple for our agents and will show you how to start making money within one to two weeks.
    • Our sales professionals meet with clients in their home to assist them with their financial needs. We offer our clients options for mortgage protection, living benefits, college savings, retirement planning and final expense products.
    • No Cold Calling. We have a proven lead system. Our leads come from homeowners who mail or call in with a request for Mortgage Protection coverage information.
    • We provide free training and live support when you are with clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Set appointments from qualified leads or your own referrals.
    • Present and sell our products to clients.
    • Expand business reach through networking techniques.
    • Comply with insurance standards and regulations.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have a life insurance license or have the availability to obtain a license within the next 1-3 weeks.
    • We will show you how to get licensed and ready for state exam through 20 hour online prep course.
    • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
    • Must be a U.S. citizen.
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred.
    • Reliable transportation.

    COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

    • Commission based pay.
    • Average commission per sale is $500.
    • Commissions paid daily.
    • Bonuses available for top sales producers.
    • All expenses paid vacations for top sales producers.
    • Opportunity for 5% commission increase every month. (capped at 140%)
