The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse. They will be tasked with accurately inventorying and tracking products, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, and performing appropriate physical labor tasks such as picking and packing products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Pack and ship orders
- Organize and maintain warehouse space
- Conduct regular inventory checks
- Document and report any damaged or defective products
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks
- Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
