With close guidance of the Trauma Education and Injury Prevention Program Manager, provides coordination, monitoring, and maintenance of a hospital-based and community-wide Trauma Injury and Safety Education Program and as specified within awarded grants such as “Buckle Up for Life”.

- Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
Required Experience
Work Experience:
One year of experience as an educator in community education and/or community outreach events required.
License/Registration:
Certified as a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration/Standardized Child Passenger Safety Technician.
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s License.
