You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, marketing of team and properties, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, have marketing experience, be proficient in Publisher/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Lightroom, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Health Benefits and 401K available Responsibilities: Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Great written and verbal skills Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, have marketing experience, be proficient in Publisher/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Lightroom, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.
