    Job Description

    The Retail Operations Team is seeking a motivated and savvy Retail Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will organize and catalogue our current materials to support the building of a platform for our retail training programs and documents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a centralized platform on the shared drive for retail training programs and documents.
    • Collaborate with the retail operations team to gather and organize training materials.
    • Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various retail operations.
    • Ensure the platform is user-friendly and easily accessible for all team members.
    • Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the platform as needed.

    Pay Rate: $20-$25

    Qualifications:

    • Graduated or currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in IT, Business, Industrial Engineering or Project Management related field preferred.
    • Strong writing and presentation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
