    Job Summary

    We are seeking a talented assistant with tons of energy! This person should have experience in general office duties, collections, IT, social media and Quickbooks. In this role, you will work closely with our team and have responsibilities in collections, providing IT support, managing social media accounts, and general office functions in various departments to ensure the companies compliance.

    The ideal candidate. must be able to work in a fast pace environment as this role is detail oriented with many moving parts, highly organized, very communicative with the very. Good attitude. And someone who has a strong understanding of the best practices in accounting and as an assistant.

    Responsibilities

    Enter data and transactions.

    Verify the accuracy of reports and data.

    Prepare various reports.

    Process daily various paperwork.

    Organize, assist and communicate as needed.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in collections, IT support, medical, or social media.

    Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, medical software and tools.

    Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems

    Strong mathematical and analytical skills

    Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
