Meridian University offers an innovative, experiential, and transformative curriculum to master's and doctoral students engaged in fields such as coaching, psychotherapy, organizational development, social healing, social entrepreneurship, and transformative leadership. We are looking for a Program Advisor to join our team of staff dedicated to supporting professionals in achieving their career development and personal development goals.
As a Meridian University Program Advisor you will engage with prospective students at a high level to build relationships which allow for genuine, individualized guidance. Meridian admits students based on alignment with its programs and the expected impact its curriculum may have on the student; not on revenue goals. While this role is responsible for recruiting prospects, nurturing leads, and maintaining a strong understanding of the University's offerings, it is not a typical Admissions Counselor role. Our Program Advisors also conduct live informational sessions wherein prospective students get a first look at the institution's culture and educational experience. The right candidate will be comfortable with intimate environments such as engagement-heavy presentations, working in small teams, and all-hands-on-deck development efforts. This individual will not be afraid to dig deep with prospects, guiding them toward uncovering and sharing their needs far beyond class sizes, tuition models, and graduation requirements. Team members at Meridian who are excited by opportunities to explore procedural adjustments as the University embodies its value of continuous improvement are successful and experience career growth.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
