UPCYCLE is an ELECTRONIC WASTE RECYCLING COMPANY. We help schools and businesses dispose of their EOL (End of Life) IT assets (computers, laptops, printers, servers etc.) while also cleaning out any other peripheral items that need to be handled properly and in an environmentally responsible manner. We pick up anything with a plug in any condition, FOR FREE!

This is the EASIEST sales job you will ever encounter, because WE DO NOT SELL ANYTHING.

We provide a service for FREE, that is REQUIRED for all businesses, schools & municipalities. More specifically, it is ILLEGAL TO THROW OUT YOUR ELECTRONIC WASTE with your SOLID WASTE. As a result of this legislation, schools, businesses & municipalities MUST use a certified vendor to handle their retired IT equipment. At UPCYCLE, we are certified to handle anything with a plug in any condition and dispose of the equipment properly.

Since EVERY SCHOOL AND BUSINESS IN THE WORLD USES COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, there is no shortage of potential clients. To assist our sales staff, we utilize a paid for lead service that provides direct contact information of the decision makers for the leads we are targeting. This allows out Sales Representatives to schedule pick ups of all end of life IT equipment at these locations. Our goal is to build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, and allow our sales reps to continue to earn residual income as they build a book of business.

UPCYCLE have a fleet of box trucks that go out every day and perform liquidations. IT IS THE JOB OF THE SALES REPS TO SET UP PICK UPS AND KEEP THE TRUCKS ON THE ROAD EVERY DAY. We service over 10 states in the United States.

We also have relationships where we DONATE reusable equipment to organizations in need, as part of our social responsibility to help those in need. Our donation programs help those in need all over the USA.

We have approximately 5000 existing customers from Virginia to Maine. WE GENERATE BETWEEN 50+ new clients every month! The business is growing, and we want to bring aboard good people to join our organization & help continue to push the company on the path to success.

In addition to our sales office and corporate HQ in NJ, we have 4 PHYSICAL recycling locations in New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Southern California, and we will be opening facilities in Pittsburgh and Charlotte before the end of 2020.

We are at a VERY EXCITING POINT IN OUR DEVELOPMENT AS A COMPANY AND WE ARE LOOKING TO BRING ON HUNGRY, FINANCIALLY MOTIVATED, ORGANIZED AND POSITIVE INDIVIDUALS TO COME IN AND JOIN OUR SALES TEAM AND HELP US GROW.

We offer a base salary, tiered commission, regular bonus opportunities, a 401k plan, the opportunity to participate in a health care plan (coming in 2021), and room for growth and advancement into management and higher level positions .

This position requires A LOT of cold and warm calling in the beginning, but this is not a hard sell in that we are not actually selling a product or service. UPCYCLE Sales Reps do not need to obtain a SSN, CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO CLOSE A DEAL and earn commission. THE PHONE IS YOUR ATM AND YOU CAN DECIDE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WANT TO MAKE.
