Technical Source is currently in search of an Upstream Process Equipment Engineer for a greenfield pharmaceutical facility in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This is a long-term contract position that requires on-site work. The qualified candidate should have experience assisting in the design through installation of upstream process equipment.

Responsibilities of the Upstream Process Equipment Engineer include:

• P&ID Walkdowns/Redlines of Upstream Equipment
• Participate in FAT's and Installation of New Equipment
• Provide Troubleshooting Support of Manufacturing Equipment
• Communicate with Vendors and Management On-Site

Qualifications of the Upstream Process Equipment Engineer include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field
• 5+ Years of Experience in Process Engineering
• Experience Working in a Greenfield Environment
• Knowledge of Media Prep, Cell Culture, Harvest, Centrifugation, and Filtration
