Family Medicine or Urgent Care physician

Primary care multi-specialty group offering:

• Family Medicine
• Pediatrics
• Internal Medicine
• Urgent Care
• Most major commercial insurance, Medicaid and Medicare
• CLIA & COLA certified level II laboratory
• X-ray
• Ultrasonography
• Immigration & Naturalization Physicals
• Acorn Pharmacy

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 3pm or 3pm to 10pm  with alternating schedule every other week. Every other weekend.

EMR: E-Clinical works

Salary negotiable based on experience/qualifications

Relocation allowance

$500/mo stipend to the healthcare plan of your choice

Texas license or in process
