Urgent: In-Home Caretaker Needed in Kalamazoo

Position: In-Home Caretaker Location: Kalamazoo, MI Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Immediate Hire) Compensation: Competitive pay (based on experience)

We are urgently looking for a dedicated and compassionate in-home caretaker to provide support and care to a senior or individual with special needs in the Kalamazoo area. If you are available immediately and passionate about providing high-quality care, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Help with daily activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry)

Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders

Offer companionship and engage in conversation

Help with mobility, transfers, and light physical exercises

Provide transportation to appointments or errands (if necessary)

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience (preferred but not required)

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Strong communication skills to work with family members and clients

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Ability to pass a background check
