    We are looking for an experienced salesperson to conduct initial meetings with prospective clients and help them understand the importance of estate planning and the legal services available at our firm. The ideal candidate will show empathy and understanding, recognizing that discussing estate planning can be an emotional and sometimes overwhelming experience. Strong candidates are excellent, active listeners who can guide potential clients with clarity and confidence, helping them feel at ease while identifying their needs and goals. This role also includes maintaining communication with potential clients who are still considering their options, reassuring them that we are here when they are ready to move forward. Additionally, this team member will keep detailed records of consultations and provide valuable feedback to the owner and marketing department to help refine business strategies based on direct client interactions. Experience in the legal field is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train a qualified salesperson. Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and educate them about our estate planning services. • Ensure smooth client onboarding with clear communication, engagement agreements, and introductions to the team. • Stay in contact with potential clients who haven’t yet made a decision, offering ongoing support and guidance. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions to support firm operations and marketing strategies. • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team based on direct client feedback. • Lead with active listening, empathy, and professionalism in every client interaction. Qualifications: • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment preferable in professional services. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Experience in the legal field is a plus but not required. We are happy to train a qualified sales person. Compensation: $88,000 yearly
