Responsibilities: • Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions • Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales • Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics • Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings Qualifications: • One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required • A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred • Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
