Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Utilities Division Manager to oversee our Pipe Division. This leadership role involves managing pipeline projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and optimizing team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, budget oversight, and team leadership skills in the utilities or pipeline sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, project managers, and field staff.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage pipeline construction and maintenance projects on time and within budget.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure projects comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Budget & Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of projects.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in utilities/pipeline work, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Knowledge of pipeline construction methods and industry regulations.
• Certifications: PMP or relevant safety certifications preferred.
