Technical Source is looking for a mid-level Facilities/Maintenance Technician to join our pharmaceutical client for a long term contract position. This person will be assigned to our client's operations command center working 3rd shift (10 pm- 6 am) Thursday-Monday (ending Tuesday morning). The person will be responsible for monitoring site performance, site alarms and systems (HVAC, power, UPS systems, energy generators etc.) The person will monitor site systems, assess trends, investigate abnormalities, and may coordinate corrective action. The person will support equipment repairs and maintenance as required and communicate external conditions to key stakeholders/escalate as needed. A successful candidate will have experience with HVAC, basic knowledge of refrigeration systems, MEP systems, have great communication skills and a moderate level of experience with MS Office. The person will be mechanically inclined, have a facilities background and be willing to be a first responder when needed. A successful candidate will need to be open to long term contract position.
