This small, family-owned company designs and manufactures precision machined parts primarily for the aerospace industry. Candidates for this position will have opportunity to grow and develop their skills and expand on their responsibilities. Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Description:

This position is a do-all type of job. Various tasks include but are not limited to:

Helping clean and deburr finished parts

Helping with shop clean up including bathrooms, yard clean up

Helping with simple and general manufacturing processes and job-specific operations

Support production team by performing certain required tasks for machine operators and machinists

Skills Required:

No experience necessary! Must be willing to be trained.

Must be able to work around CNC machines and other machine shop equipment

Physically fit to perform required tasks

Hands-on mentality and drive for continuous personal development

Must be able to understand written and oral instructions

Effective communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical ability and initiative
