Fast growing Logistics Firm seeking highly motivated applicants to join our sales team. Candidates must be professional, outgoing, and be willing to handle a large volume of phone calls, while keeping a positive attitude. The successful candidates will join a fun and energetic team passionate about growing our business and offering our clients the highest levels of service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Inbound and Outbound Call Center
• Interaction with potential clients via phone and email (NO COLD CALLING)
• Address potential customer questions
• Work with other departments and management regarding potential sales
• Maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in phone sales preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and personalities
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Bilingual a plus
