    We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-272 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the 272 APR-29/Assault IPT. The Program Management Analyst, Journeyman applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Analyze data to identify risk to cost, schedule and performance and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce risk to products.

    Duties:

    • Provide program management and operations support
    • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
    • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
    • Plan program execution to mitigate cost, schedule, and performance risks
    • Enter Requirements in the Acquisition Management System (AMS) including Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Procurement Management Tool (PMT), and Contract Data Requirements List Tool (CDRL), and advises Government on status of financial and procurement actions.

    Desired Skills and Knowledge:

    • MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • MS Teams proficiency
    • Share Point

    Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

    Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

    Allowable Substitutions: Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

    Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054-$110,542.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
