    V.A.M.P. Stucco is a commercial and residential family-owned stucco contracting company that serves the Denver Metro Area. Our company has a Five Star Rating with Google, an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and an outstanding reputation in the community.

    We have a great team, we treat our customers like gold, and have created an environment where people love to work. We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, full-time Human Resources/Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Answering, screening, and directing telephone calls, inquires, and requests
    • Organizing job schedules and job mobilization
    • Maintaining prompt customer communication verbally and via email
    • Scheduling estimates
    • Typing estimates
    • Invoicing and other light bookkeeping
    • Assisting owners with various task completion
    • Providing outstanding customer service
    • Ordering supplies
    • Gathering time clock data for payroll processing
    • Assemble new hire packets
    • Assist new hires with paperwork completion
    • Assist with documentation on workplace issues
    • Filing and keeping documents organized
    • Minor cleaning (keeping office organized and tidy
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Candidates that will be given serious consideration will possess:

    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • The ability to multitask
    • Self-Driven with and the ability to work autonomously
    • Reliability and a high level of attention to detail

    Required Skills and Experience include, but are not limited to:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • 1 - 2 years minimum of QuickBooks Desktop experience (training provided)
    • Bi-lingual preferred (not required)
    • Computer Proficient in Word and Excel

    Hours and Compensation:

    • Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
    • $22-$25 per hour DOE and qualifications
    • Paid most major Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving) plus other various days off around holidays as business dictates (ex - day after Thanksgiving)
    • Health, Dental, and Vision
    • 1 week vacation starts to accrue after one year of employment
    • Paid sick time starts accruing at time of hire
