Job Description
VDI Laboratory LLC is a specialty diagnostics company for companion animals located in Simi Valley, CA. Since 2006 we've been continually developing and refining laboratory testing for veterinarians across the United States.
Currently, we have need of a laboratory liaison to join our team on a full time basis, however part time will be considered for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with MS office, have excellent attention to detail, and have exceptional phone etiquette.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position involves the inputing of patient data from a handwritten form into the patient database. High accuracy is a must. This position also involves phoning clinics to resolve form discrepancies, preparing and shipping products to our clients, and opening and logging receipt of specimens.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sit/work at a desk for extended periods of time. Physically move throughout industrial facility, including climbing multiple flights of stairs and tight access areas. Must be able to wear a face mask for an entire shift when necessary and applicable.
