  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    _ **Job Duties- Supply & Equipment Control **_

    • Monitoring of company inventory

    • Placing weekly supply orders based on inventory and supply

    • Packaging and shipping of new employee medical supplies and company equipment

    • Upkeep of ERP Inventory Control System

    • Shipping & Receiving: which includes going to the post office and Fedex as needed

    • Medical equipment in/out

    • Equipment troubleshooting

    • Inventory management

    • Assisting department lead in the attainment of accurate inventory records

    • Verifying that all inventory transaction procedures are followed and completed per company procedures

    • Identify root causes of transaction errors causing inventory accuracy problems

    • Daily deadline of 1pm to get orders in & out

    Job Duties- Equipment Control: Company Vehicles

    • Fleet Administration

    • Managing fast trak passes and gas cards for our nurses

    • Coordinating all motor vehicle fleet operations

    • Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements.

    • Prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting.

    • Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements.

    • Assist with safety training and communication programs.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Job Qualifications:**

    • High school graduate, GED, and at least one year of work experience in a similar role

    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages

    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

    • Strong organization and communication skills

    • Dependable team player with a positive attitude

    • Administrative experience within a medical environment is strongly preferred

    • Must have the ability to multi task and manage details of different processes efficiently

    • Must have strong organizational skills

    • Must have strong analytical skills

    • Must be able to work independently, seek answers when help is needed and motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion
