    LOCATION: Green Bay, WI
    HOURLY PAY RATE: $18 per hour + potential OT

    INDUSTRY: Hospitality

    We are currently hiring experienced event teammates to support our Airport Operations during Draft Week. This position is working from Green Bay Airport.

    You must be able to work from the Green Bay Airport from April 21st, 2025, to April 25th, 2025. This position requires you to stand, walk, and work onsite at the Airport

    The VIP Greeter is responsible for greeting and welcoming all of our VIP guests at the Green Bay Airport. We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented team player with a passion for hospitality and the live event industry to help create an inviting and memorable experience for our VIP guests.

    The ideal candidate will provide excellent, friendly, attentive service by greeting our guests upon arrival. We are seeking to hire team members who are kind, friendly, and love to interact with guests.

    The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a team-centric attitude.

    EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

    • 1 - 2 years’ experience in guest services is recommended but not required.
    • Be able be respectful of celebrities and high-profile guests.
    • Ability to interact effectively in a positive and helpful manner with staff, coworkers, guests, and visitors with a sense of urgency.
    • Maintain a professional presence at all times while on Airport property.
    • Self-starter with dedicated follow-through.
    • High internal standards of quality and service.
    • Excellent team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    POSITION FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

    • Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
    • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.
    • Provide directions and answer questions.
    • Be prepared to handle guests who arrive early
    • Greet guests as they arrive to the airport.
    • Say goodbye to departing guests.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.
