Job Description

We are expanding our team and looking for someone competitive, tech-savvy, and self-motivated! The Wireless Customer Service Rep will be responsible for providing the best customer service and a friendly environment for everybody. You will represent the AT&T brand and meet customers’ wireless needs in this role. As a Wireless Customer Service Rep, you will work as a team to meet personal and company goals!

REQUIREMENTS

• Build strong and personal relationships with customers
• Communicate effectively with each prospect to ensure a smooth sales process
• Use fact-finding questions to assess customer needs and provide the best solution to their issues.
• Have a strong, positive work ethic, and an interest in a long-term position
• Be comfortable speaking to prospects Face-to-Face in a retail environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equavilent
• Excellent communication skills
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
