Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP network and system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP solutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support to end-users regarding VoIP services.
Monitor VoIP network performance and implement necessary adjustments.
Stay updated on VoIP technology trends and recommend system improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with VoIP systems and protocols.
Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, and other VoIP technologies.
Certification in VoIP, such as CCNA Voice or equivalent, preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
