Job Description
The Vice President, Endpoint Solutions will play a pivotal role in defining, owning, and operating the go to market strategy for our fast-growing Endpoint Identity Security solutions, which encompass endpoint privilege management, endpoint passwordless authentication, identity bridge, among other capabilities.
This position is crucial for developing and maturing cross-functional go-to-market execution mechanisms, which involve close collaboration with various functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Partners, Customer Success, Support, and Product. The VP will be responsible for measuring and monitoring progress against the business plan, publishing segment business performance metrics, and identifying signals, gaps, and opportunities. This role requires the ability to develop well-researched, data-driven recommendations for new initiatives and investments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable leading and influencing cross-functional global teams within dynamic organizations, as many responsibilities will have interdependencies with other teams at CyberArk. This leader should inspire continued high performance and hyper growth within the business, actively seeking input from diverse voices across the organization. The VP will be tasked with building a strategic long-term business while delivering results in the near term. The breadth and depth of leadership experience will enable the individual to engage effectively at the CxO level, focusing on leaders within the customer's Product Management, Cloud Operations, and Engineering areas. The salary range for this position is $200,000 – $280,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
