Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory law at a law firm or in-house at a leading technology company.
- Juris Doctor required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience building and leading a global compliance program, including leading teams.
- Expertise in regulatory matters, including deep expertise in international trade, customs, export compliance, and experience communicating on behalf of the company with government officials.
- Experience leading critical investigations.
- Experience business partnering cross functionally, including with c-suite executives, and presenting to c-suite executives and/or public company boards of directors on critical matters.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative solutions.
- Business communication and analytical skills, as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

DOE, salary $250K - $300K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
