Job Description
The Vice President of Product for Financial Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and leading the product strategy for deposit, lending, and compliance products. This position will develop the product roadmap, identify product requirements, and establish priorities to drive revenue growth and align with market demands. The VP Product, FS will collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization, including brands and service teams, to ensure that product offerings meet customer needs and regulatory standards. A strong background in digital marketing and omni-channel strategies is essential for this role.

Target Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000
Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program.
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
