    10 month contract

    Work for the largest coffee retail company in the country! This multinational chain is seeking an experienced VP of Brand Marketing to support the brand marketing team during a transition period. This role requires a highly strategic and results-driven leader with extensive experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, and team leadership.

    The ideal candidate will work closely with the directors in the brand marketing organization, providing guidance and leadership as needed while ensuring continuity and success in ongoing marketing initiatives.

    VP of Brand Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Guide the brand marketing team to align with company objectives.
    • Support major brand transitions and transformations.
    • Use feedback and analytics to refine marketing strategies.
    • Launch and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, adapting to evolving social channels and consumer behavior.
    • Identify and leverage emerging cultural trends across industries to enhance brand relevance and engagement.
    • Develop and implement cohesive brand messaging strategies in partnership with marketing teams.
    • Build partnerships with external stakeholders to expand market reach.
    • Lead content marketing efforts to acquire, engage and nurture long-term customer commitment.
    • Develop compelling brand narratives across digital and social platforms to enhance loyalty and engagement.
    • Ensure cross-functional relationships and alignment with internal departments.
    • Foster customer loyalty through authentic engagement strategies.
    • Partner with influencers to expand brand reach and boost customer engagement.

    VP of Brand Marketing Qualifications:

    • At least 10 years in brand marketing with senior leadership experience.
    • Proven team leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • Expertise in marketing campaigns, execution, and analysis.
    • Strong grasp of global marketing dynamics and change management.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
