    Our client is a well-established, and fast-growing professional services firm seeking a Director of IT. The person best suited for this role will possess a solid track record of scaling companies (Cloud, VOIP, AI/Automation) and has exp working in a professional services industry (finance, legal, real estate, consulting, etc.).


    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Lead the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal system reliability, performance, and uptime.
    • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a diverse IT team, fostering collaboration and ensuring a high-performing work environment.
    • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
    • Manage and optimize the Office365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the platform's potential.
    • Oversee technology projects from inception to execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
    • Safeguard data security and compliance with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring a secure environment for company assets and information.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address their technology needs and deliver impactful solutions.
    • Monitor and manage the IT budget, optimizing costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
    • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and innovations to keep the company at the forefront of IT excellence.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
    • At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
    • Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex IT projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, cloud services, and related technologies.
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
    • Experience with CRM, ERP, or sales/marketing technologies is a plus.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff, including executives.
    • A commitment to delivering "white glove" service, particularly for senior leadership.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Compensation
    $180,000-$230,000 per year
