    Job Description

    The Opportunity:

    The Vice President of Global Delivery & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT services and projects across a complex organization. This role will manage a team of 600+ outsourced resources supporting Business applications, infrastructure & Operations, and Digital functions. The VP will also lead Portfolio Management, budget planning and execution, Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture functions.

    What Your Impact Will Be:

    Delivery Management

    • Manage the overall delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Oversee the performance of outsourced resources and vendors, ensuring they deliver on their commitments.
    • Develop and implement effective delivery methodologies and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align IT solutions accordingly.

    Portfolio & Program Management

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT portfolio, including strategic initiatives, operational projects, and maintenance activities.
    • Prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
    • Manage the portfolio lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and deliver the desired outcomes.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues & provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

    Budget Planning and Execution

    • Develop and manage the IT delivery budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
    • Monitor and track budget performance, identifying and addressing any variances.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization.

    Team Leadership

    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 600+ outsourced resources.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities for team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

    Vendor Management

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
    • Manage vendor performance, including monitoring service levels, addressing issues, and conducting regular reviews.
    • Implement vendor risk management processes to mitigate potential risks.
    • Oversee vendor onboarding and offboarding processes.

    Data Analytics

    • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to drive business insights and decision-making.
    • Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of data from various sources.
    • Develop and maintain data quality standards and governance processes.
    • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

    Enterprise Architecture

    • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT capabilities.
    • Identify and assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization.
    • Develop and implement technology standards and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of experience.
    • 15+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
    • Experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects and programs.
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Data Analytics, business applications, and digital technologies.
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
