Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement platform strategies aligned with the firm’s business objectives.
• Foster collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Oversee multiple projects/workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a positive, innovative culture.
• Align with the firm's data architecture and vendor strategy for scalable solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, with 5+ years in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology management, cloud technologies, and DevOps infrastructure.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, including to C-level audiences.
